- Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Other forms: the details you enter when you register for training, book a consultation, send a research, careers, partnership or payment notice, or share feedback.
- Files you send: files you attach to a research or testimonial request, used only to answer your request.
- Visit statistics: if enabled, anonymous visit statistics (Plausible), or Google Analytics only if you accept.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends to our server, such as IP address and pages visited, which is kept by our hosting provider in server logs.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide our services.
- To send a confirmation email after you contact us.
- To send newsletters, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and email (for example our hosting provider), or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to keep business records. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
A copy of each form you submit is saved in our private admin system, which only we can access, so that we can reply, keep records and manage training seats.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@afrotechna.com.
